Location, large room and clean. Had all amenities expected and the team were all very service focused. The hotel in located inside a mall which was super handy as there was a supermarket, coffee shops and other stores very close. Handy when it was raining as you didn’t need to go outside at all.

I chose to book the bright room and I wasn't disappointed. The room was on the 43rd floor, the view was amazing, and everything in the room (the decoration) was in harmony with the view.

My experience at HARRIS Suites fx Sudirman was beyond belief. From the moment I stepped into the luxurious hotel lobby, I felt comfort and warmth. I was greeted with a friendly smile by the professional reception staff who showed me the way to my room. My room was incredible, elegantly designed with luxurious furnishings. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided a stunning view of the surrounding skyscrapers. At night, the shimmering city lights created a enchanting and romantic atmosphere in the room. Room service was quick and efficient, catering to all my needs with a smile. The hotel's restaurants offered delicious and diverse cuisines, providing a wonderful dining experience. The hotel boasts luxurious facilities, including a large pool and a well-equipped fitness center. Additionally, the hotel provides convenient transportation services to major tourist attractions in the area. Overall, my stay at HARRIS Suites fx Sudirman was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend visiting this hotel if you are looking for a luxurious experience with an irresistible view of the skyscrapers.

Location was great! Personnels were very friendly and very accommodating. The bright room was spacious and clean, with a nice city view. On top of that, the city view from our bathroom was superb!! Loving it!! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Ice cream as a dessert was perfect to start strolling around the city.

when i arrived, the staff accommodate me throughout the check in very well, the harris room was magnificent, spacious, clean and the bed was so big and comfy that i dont wanna wake up, love the breakfast, so many choices that i wanna try but my belly was so full already, definitely will come again and have other menu that i haven't get huhu, love the stay thank you harris

cozy lighting, clean comfortable beds, spacious room, excellent breakfast, nice bathrooms, convenient mall just downstairs (but nothing that opens late at night.) lightning fast housekeeping! perfect stay for a trip to see a concert at gbk as it’s walkable distance from the stadium.

Great location being in the heart of the city and linked to FX Mall. So access to food, supermarket and shopping is convenient. The massage service that comes to the hotel room is fantastic and very reasonably priced. The Harris cafe food quality is very good too. Love the view I got at 45th floor. I could see as far as my eyes allowed, the stadiums nearby.
